Will the jewelry turn my skin green?

No, all Vault products are exclusively made with .925 Silver or 18K Gold and with 5 times rodium plating for a lifetime guarantee. It won’t fade or turn your neck green.

Lifetime Quality Guarantee – VAULT will repair the item should you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage.

Does the gold persist or fades over time?

The gold will persist for a long time. Our products are dipped 5 times in gold plating with unique craftsmanship and years of experience. It will help maintain the beautiful finish and it’s hard to fade. It’s already proved by customers and personalities that it will last for a lifetime. But they maybe damaged if used by inappropriate wearing habits. Jewelry needs your careful and meticulous care.

Does it looks and feels like real gold?

You will be surprised how of the similarity between our Level 1 & 2 products vs our Level 3 products which is 18K Real Gold.

Our products are made of brass, silver or high stainless steel with a Gold Color finish which means it has really good weight and incredible surface making it feel real and look just as if it was a 18K Godl product.

How to edit my order?

We will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours after you placed and paid for your order, so please check your mail to confirm your shipping details are correct.

We accept payment in-store, via Bank Transfer or via Credit Cards.

How do you secure my payment information?

We take security very seriously and do not process any of your payment information ourselves. All payment related matters on VaultShop are handled by Mollie Payment Solutions.

We are totally committed to protecting your privacy. We will not disclose information about our customers or visitors tothird parties except where it is part of providing a service to you – e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.

Except some remote countries and regions, we offer free shipping for all products.

How long could I receive my jewelry?

All the orders at VaultShop are handled via BPost  and take on average 1 business days after processing (1-2 days). Always check your product availibility in advance and for custom items expect a waiting period of 14 days.

What is your return policy?

VaultShop provides a 14 day return policy on all products.
